Barclay McGain is a 23-year-old Economics and Chinese-language student from the University of Queensland. In his fairly short life so far, Barclay has made a significant impact in conservative circles in his home state of Queensland and around Australia, including being suspended from the Young Liberals.
To supplement his studies, Barclay works for the libertarian think-tank the Australian Taxpayers Association and he joins Damian to discuss what it’s like being a young conservative activist and general stirrer in very left, very serious, 2023 Australia.
