Matthew Whitaker is the Former acting U.S. Attorney General for President Donald Trump. Prior to becoming acting Attorney General, Matthew served as Chief of Staff to Attorney General Jeff Sessions. He was appointed as the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Iowa by President George W. Bush, serving from 2004-2009. Matt is also a lawyer, lobbyist, author and contributes regularly to Fox News, Newsmax and other news outlet to discuss legal and political issues.
